What Do They Do?

Opulence is a one-stop multi-solution platform for all end-to-end integrated financial services such as *Tax efficient Capital structure for Promoter, Transactions, and Businesses. *Tax efficient Legal structure for Promoters. *Tax –efficient deal structure for Promoters. Our Core competency lies in in-house expertise in dealing with several regulatory and judiciary bodies, financial institutions, private equity players, banks, legal, and technical consultancy, backed by a strong team having in-depth knowledge of advisory handling clients at every point of the transaction.

My Role

I worked on creating an investors pitch for the IT Company Nazara Technologies, to pitch to investors. This phase helped me polish my presentation and information-gathering skills. I worked on investor pitches and due diligence for a few more deals like the reliance retail deal etc.

Role In Investment Banking:

• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complicated numerical information, conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and industry research.
• Build and maintain strategic, detailed financial models & Industry databases, and other financial analyses.
• Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns.
• Providing investment advice, tactics, and recommendations.
• Preparing legal documents and prospectuses.
• Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and financial experts.
• Source and pitch potential clients for the company.
