Executive Summary
his project report is based on branding of OPPO Smartphones as the Smartphone sector is growing at a very good pace. This project titled on “BRANDING OF OPPO MOBILE”is being conducted to identify smartphone market of oppo mobile , as to look at there branding strategies , how the oppo mobile company get into the minds of the customers by using marketing skills The duration of my project was 2 months, During the 2 months I traveled to many of the oppo outlets as to analyse the branding strategies of oppo mobile.
Introduction
OPPO Electronics Corp. (commonly referred to as OPPO, stylised as oppo) is a Chinese consumer electronics firm based in Dongguan, Guangdong, A division of the multinational giant BBK Electronics, Oppo’s major product lines include smartphones, Blu-ray players and other electronic devices. It was established in 2001 and registered globally in 2004, the company has registered the OPPO brand name in many parts of the world.
Objective
- To analyze the customer’s requirement.
- To approach the retailers to install the oppo outlet
- To study the Competitor’s service
- To study the attitude of staff member to customers.
- To provide the better services & try to built the credibility in the consumer.
- To know the opinion & suggestions of customers.
- To study what is the benefits to retailers on sale of oppo mobiles.
- To study the reactions from the customers when retailers forcing to buy the mobile
