How it Works
The machine employs both mechanical and pneumatic elements, including vacuum pumps and motorized feeders. Eggs are aligned on a conveyor which directs them to a breaker station. Here, vacuum suction arms grasp the egg, and a pneumatic piston drives a blade through the shell, cleanly breaking it.
